Malgorzata has over 7 years experience in managing volume recruitment projects for the shared services & outsourcing sector.

She started her career in Ireland where in she was nominated to the NRF Recruitment Industry Awards as the ‘Best Recruiter 2007’. Since 2009, Malgorzata has been the key driver of the development, implementation and delivery of RPO solutions to Hays clients in Poland. Experienced in recruiting for and providing consultation and advice to organisations to board level, she now directs the Hays Corporate Accounts team across CEE region, managing the sales, marketing, management and administration of multi-national blue chip corporate accounts. As of 2012, Malgorzata represents Hays acting as a Strategic Partner to the Association of Business Service Leaders, the initiative of the leading SSC/BPO companies in Poland.

Malgorzata, a native Polish fluent in English, obtained Master’s Degree in Sociology from Warsaw University and holds the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice with distinction, which proves her expertise in legal regulations, industry knowledge, client and candidate relations.

Egbert Boerrigter has sixteen years of international experience in the Chemicals Industry in Business, Marketing, M&A and Technical Disciplines. Egbert has been working at Cytec since 2002 in a range of positions. Previously he was at ICI and Unilever for 7 years. Since 1 Jan 2010 Egbert has been Director, Shared Services at Cytec where he established a new Shared Services Center for Cytec in Riga, Latvia.

Egbert has an MSc Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands and an MBA from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland. Egbert is married with 4 children and lives in Riga.

I graduated from Strathclyde University in Glasgow with a BSc in Technology and Business studies. My first jobs were in industrial engineering in Ford Motors Company in England and Babckock Power in Scotland before joining IBM in 1982.

I have held management positions in many different disciplines within IBM including Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer support. In 2005 I joined Lenovo when it purchased the IBM Personal Computer division.

I relocated to Bratislava, Slovakia in 2006 and started to set up the Bratislava Shared Service Centre. The Centre currently has more than 600 employees in around 15 different functional responsibilities and is the role model for Lenovo’s other SSCs in Beijing and Monterrey.

Natasha Bastien is Director Continuous Improvement for the Finance Shared Services of Canadian based train and plane manufacturer Bombardier where she leads the challenge of deploying Lean Sigma within Accounting & Reporting worldwide.

Natasha managed Internal Controls for 5 years while contributing to the strategic initiative of migrating the transactional Accounting services to two shared services platforms in Romania and the Philippines before moving to her current role.

Her 11 years career in Bombardier started with sister company Bombardier Aerospace in Montreal, Canada where she trained as a six sigma black belt and lead numerous improvement projects in the Procurement and Quality Assurance functions before joining Transportation’ Berlin headquarters to manage organizational Development.

With an expertise in Integrated Quality Management in the service sector, Natasha initially specialized in Service Quality as a strategic differentiator while managing Operations, Customer Service and Human Resources functions in the print industry in Canada.

Natasha holds a Master ès Sciences (M.Sc.) from l’Ecoles des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Montréal) and is co-author of various Management publications in Canada and France.

Sergei-Polianski

Sergei Polianski has been working in Japan Tobacco International since 1998, holding number of positions in IT and HR. Currently Sergei is responsible for the HR Benefit Realization programme that aims to align organisational capabilities, processes, design and tools in order to get benefits from significant investments done by JTI in global HR systems – primarily SAP HR and E-Recruitment. A feasibility study for implementation of HR shared-services is also in the scope of this programme.

Previously Sergei was responsible for global IT Shared-Services (120 people, IT, SAP and Siebel support). Sergei's experience lies in the areas of Business Process Transformation, SAP, Service Management and IT/HR Shared-Services.

Przemyslaw Siuda is currently responsible for a multidisciplinary Shared Services Centre of Amway, Inc. providing F&A, IT, Marketing Communications and Order Management services for 26 European affiliate offices. His role as the General Manager covers both the setup of the Centre, service transitions as well as operational management and continuous improvement.

In the past years Przemek worked in telecommunications industry, both on the supplier side and for the telecom operators. His experiences at different stages of his career covered project and programme management, contract management and operational management as well as technical sales support and sales. In the past 7 years Przemyslaw has been with the Service Centre industry in Southern Poland. Working for Capgemini (2005-2010) he grew the IT Outsourcing Centre from ca. 100 to 1300 people, including opening a branch centre and running multi centre operations.

Przemyslaw received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in technology from the Silesian Technical University in Gliwice, Poland and a business degree from George Washington University, Washington D.C.

Qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant, James began his career with Nalco as a Business Analyst, before becoming European Reporting Manager and leading a team responsible for reporting, analysis, AR, supply chain costing and treasury. He then joined the European SAP team for Nalco, helping design a global template, retro-fitting North America SAP for the company and then rolling out in Europe. James then led the Finance & Business Operations team for one of the company divisions in Europe before relocating to Budapest to lead the Nalco Business Services Centre.

Most Improved Metric: Invoice Dispute Resolution Cycle Time – In 2011, we improved this metric to benchmark upper quartile, delivering record low disputes at the same time and freeing up debt for prompter collection by cash collections, so contributing to improved DSO and cash flow.

Eszter has 8 years business experience in B2B Order to Cash support in the IT and Manufacturing sectors, 6 years of which spent with Nalco, experiencing the ups and downs of establishing a BSC for EAME, and maintaining relationship with the business.

After having managed Order Support activities for 29 countries, Eszter is now responsible for Customer Billing and Invoice Dispute Resolution, along with Customer Connectivity, putting high emphasis this year on replacing paper invoicing with eBilling to Nalco’s customers.
